Real species, drawn from life.

How it swims

One contraction curve drives everything. The first 26% of a beat is a fast squeeze, a cubic ease. The rest is a slow refill with a little overshoot.
The tentacles are never steered. Each point remembers where the bell was a moment ago, so they lag and trail on their own. Their sway scales with the bell's width, so a skinny jelly's strands hang under it instead of flailing.
The oral arms wave on a separate clock. Glows are radial gradients, never a blur. In dark water they add light. In the lagoon they tint.
